Process

  1. After an appointment, our staff will pass you the Sleep Ring and Cradle, and explain the use of it. They will help you make the appointment for the follow up consultation.
  2. Conduct 3 nights of sleep test at home.
  3. Please bring back the Sleep Ring and Cradle on the day follow.
